that leads to self-empowerment.

The emphases in coaching relationships are ACTION, ACCOUNTABILITY

and FOLLOWING THROUGH.

The point of coaching is to help clients generate their own solutions, with the coach supplying supportive discovery-based approaches and framework.

Coaching is NOT therapy, counseling or training.
