A BIT ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Emma Gregson. I'm a mum of three children and a little dog!
I decided to become a coach and mindfulness teacher after working on my own personal development following my divorce, and many years of depression. I have been studying life coaching with The Clique Academy for the last two years.
My passion is helping others to overcome their blockers, so they can achieve their goals in life.
